RESEARCH ON THE BEARING CAPACITY AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD OF IN-SERVICE DAMAGED BRICK CHIMNEY

摘要: 在我国改革开放早期的20世纪80年代,建造了大量的砖砌烟囱,这些砖砌烟囱如今已经服役了30多年,性能退化严重,加上当时的建造水平相对较低,还能否确保后续在使用年限中的正常安全使用,引起了人们的关注。通过对某工业厂区已经服役30年的某砖砌烟囱的实际尺寸、倾斜度、裂缝、砖砌体强度、砂浆强度、以及变形情况等相关项目的现场检测,发现服役30年的砖砌烟囱出现老化损坏严重现象,其中裂缝为其主要病害。基于实测数据对服役30年的烟囱进行承载力验算,并采用有限元软件ANSYS进行数值分析,结合两者结果可以得出该烟囱底部承载力明显不足和上部安全富余不多的结论,并从理论角度阐述了病害产生的主要原因。通过对此烟囱可靠性影响因素分析,对烟囱进行可靠度的综合评定。并结合相关理论,针对该烟囱已存在的安全性问题,提出了加固方案,并对该烟囱加固前后的受力性能进行利用数值模拟分析,结果表明,采用外粘扁钢加固方法的加固效果很好,施工方便、价格低廉、不影响正常使用,该烟囱加固后正常使用两年,目前各项性能表现良好。Abstract: A number of brick chimneys have served for about 30 years.Due to their performance serious degradation and the relatively low level of construction,the normal safety of the brick chimneys is concerned in subsequent service life.So a damaged brick chimney was studied which had served for 30 years in an industrial building.According to the results of detection and analysis of related items such as actual size,inclination,crack,deformation and other important indexes,the serious ageing and the damage of brick chimney were discovered and cracks were the main diseases.The checking calculation of bearing capacity was done with analysis of ANSYS on the basis of measured data,the conclusions were drawn that bearing capacity was obviously insufficient at the bottom and security surplus was small in the upper part.And further the cause of disease was explained from the theoretical point of view. Reliability of the chimney was evaluated by the reliability factors.In view of existing security problems a reinforcement program of gluing flat steel reinforcement was made.And modal analysis was studied by ANSYS before and after reinforcement,so the difference of mechanical behavior was compared and analyzed.The results showed easy construction and low cost of the reinforcement method.Although the strengthened brick chimney had worked normally for 2 years,each performance was generally satisfactory.
