ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF THE INDUSTRIAL MILL BUILDING OF RC COLUMN-STEEL BEAM ROOF

摘要: 钢筋混凝土柱实腹钢梁结构体系中竖向构件采用钢筋混凝土构件,屋面采用钢梁轻型屋面体系,不同于已有成熟结构体系,兼具轻钢门式刚架跨度大、施工方便和混凝土结构经济性好等特点。根据材料性能和结构特性,并结合实际工程案例,系统讨论了结构布置、关键构造、荷载取值等问题,对该类结构的分析思路、模型建立等进行详细的阐述,并对一些关键控制指标给出具体建议。Abstract: RC column-steel beam structures system differed from mature architecture,used RC column as vertical member and lightweight steel beam as roof element with benefits of the structural systems relative to both the big span of gabled frames and the economy of RC structure.Based on material properties and mechanical characteristics, through a typical example,the structure arrangement,load value,model construction and the guideposts were discussed systematically.
