STATIC TENSILE LOADING EXPERIMENT AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF DIAPHRAGM-THROUGH JOINT OF CONCRETE-FILLED SQUARE STEEL TUBULAR COLUMN

摘要: 对于方钢管混凝土柱隔板贯通节点,通过静力拉伸试验和非线性有限元模拟,考察隔板贯通节点的承力机制和破坏形式。结合荷载-位移曲线、试件承载力等数据结果对比,验证有限元模拟与静力拉伸试验结果的一致性。对于静力拉伸荷载作用下的隔板贯通节点,其破坏形式表现为钢梁破坏、焊缝破坏或节点域破坏;钢梁传来的拉伸荷载在节点域内主要依靠方钢管柱壁和隔板传递;方钢管柱壁的塑性区主要集中在柱壁与贯通隔板相交线处附近;贯通隔板的塑性区,主要集中在隔板浇筑孔中心与透气孔中心的连线、透气孔中心与方钢管柱壁角部的连线附近。Abstract: Static tensile loading experiment and nonlinear finite element analysis were carried out to study mechanical properties and failure modes of diaphragm-through joints of concrete-filled square steel tubular column.With comparison between experimental data and finite element analysis results such as load-displacement curves and bearing capacity,the feasibility of finite element analysis was proved.For diaphragm-through joints of concrete-filled square steel tubular column,it was found that tensile load from steel beam flange was mainly shared by square steel tube and diaphragm; as well as 3 failure modes which were steel beam flange fracture,weld fracture and joint broken.For steel square tube,plastic zone appeared around intersections between steel square tube and diaphragm. However,for diaphragm,plastic zone appeared along the cross-section lines enclosed by steel square tube.
