ANALYSIS OF EXCAVATION RETAINING DESIGN AND MONITORING FOR TWO ADJACENT FOUNDATIONS

摘要: 苏州信托大厦与天翔国际大厦两紧邻基坑,最小净距约0.38 m,周边环境复杂,开挖深度深,存在工况差异。依据地质条件与工程工期安排,采用统一协调变形的钻孔灌注桩结合内支撑体系,通过理正软件对不同剖面、启明星对支撑体系不同工况下进行了理论计算分析。分析结果表明,基坑安全可靠。整个施工过程和监测结果表明,两紧邻基坑工程围护方案是可行的。Abstract: The nearest net distance between the Trust Edifice and Tianxiang Building is 0. 38 meters in complex environment,the excavation was deep and there were different excavation conditions.The bored cast-in-place pile with prestressed interior support were used according to the geological conditions and engineering period.The theoretical calculation of foundation design was carried out with Lizheng and FRWS software on the different profile and condition.The results proved that the excavation was safe.Through the whole construction and monitoring result, it was shown that the design was reasonable.
