THE CAISSON CONSTRUCTION OF A SWIRL POOL AND ITS INSTABILITY TILT ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT

摘要: 介绍某旋流池沉井施工工艺、失稳倾斜原因及纠倾处理过程。针对钢筋混凝土旋流池在施工过程中失稳倾斜事故,对该工程沉井的施工组织设计和施工工艺及地质的实际情况进行调查、分析,并找出沉井施工过程中存在的问题,以及导致沉井失稳倾斜的原因。对失稳倾斜后的旋流池沉井进行受力分析后发现,该沉井的重心仍在沉井底面刃角圆之内。为保证沉井纠倾后的位置与原设计沉井位置基本不变,确定纠倾方案,并通过在该沉井东南角设置限位桩、西北角设置反力平台后,再在沉井内部不平衡掏土,使沉井在下沉过程中依靠自重和限位约束逐步回正。Abstract: It was presented that the caisson construction technique, instability causes and rectification treatment procedure of a swirl pool.It was investigated and analyzed the construction organization, design, construction technique and the actual geological condition of this caisson project according to the instability tilt of the RC swirl pool during its construction, as well as found out the problems of the caisson during construction, and also the causes leading to the instability tilt of the caisson.It was found by the forced analysis of the instable caisson that the center of gravity of the caisson was still within the circle of angle of throat on the bottom of the caisson.In order to ensure the position of the rectified caisson to be basically the same as that of its original design, the rectification scheme was determined, i.e.the caisson would go back gradually to its correct position by relying on self-weight and limit constraints resulting from erecting piles and reaction platform respectively in the southeast and northwest corners of the caisson as well as by imbalance excavation.
