OPTIMIZED DESIGN OF DOUBLE-LAYER LATTICE DOMES SUPPORTED ON GROUND FOR PRE-HOMOGENIZATION STORAGE IN CEMENT MILL

摘要: 针对水泥工厂预均化库工程,对跨度86 m落地双层球面网壳结构进行优化设计。分析风荷载、地震作用等对结构性能和网壳用钢量的影响,结果表明:风荷载和地震作用对网壳用钢量影响较小,竖向荷载是网壳用钢量的控制因素。通过与框架柱及环梁支承的双层球面网壳的比较,对落地双层球面网壳结构的经济性进行评价。Abstract: Optimized design of double-layer lattice dome supported on ground was carried out for the roof structure ofpre-homogenization storage in a cement mill.The effect of wind load and earthquake action on the structural behaviorand steel content was analyzed.It was shown that the wind load and earthquake action has little effect on the weight ofthe steel consumed for the lattice dome and vertical loads play the control role.The economy of the double-layerlattice domes supported on ground was evaluated by comparing with those supported on substructures made of columnsand ring beams.
