摘要: 随着国内外环境的变化和自身的发展演化,开发区普遍面临着功能转型和空间重构。结合平顶山市高新区的规划实践,以构建复合型城市功能区为目标,针对转型过程中的产业、功能、空间、环境等方面的问题,从区域层面、园区层面和局部尺度层面分别探讨开发区的规划对策。

Abstract: With the changes of the domestic and foreign environment and their own evolution, the development zonesare generally facing the reconstructions of functional and spatial transformation. It was analyzed the planning of thehigh-tech zone in Pingdingshan, which it should become a complex urban functional area. For the problems ofindustry, function, space, environment and other issues in the transition process, it was also explored the planningstrategies from the macro of the development zone, meso and micro levels of the park development respectively.
