Abstract: There are always about the similar and monotonic visions in the design of industrial factory buildings dueto lack of regional characteristics. By means of taking the planning and monomer design of factory area for HuataiGroup, for example, from the general layout, design skills and element, the enterprise culture expression in design,it was analyzed how to express the regional characteristics in the design of industrial factory buildings, which couldprovide experience for designers to design industrial factory buildings.
