CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH ON RECTIFYING DEVIATION AND DOWN RESISTANCE REDUCTION OF MUD BALANCED PIPE- JACKING WITH LARGE- DIAMETER AND LONG- DISTANCE IN SOFT SOIL

摘要: 针对广州亚运会顶管工程施工,系统分析和研究软弱土质大口径长距离钢筋混凝土管泥水平衡顶管施工技术,主要包括高精度纠偏、高效注浆减阻、顶进施工和监控量测等方面。采用红外线跟踪定位技术,借助偏差趋势图的纠偏方法及时高效地纠偏,保证了线路走向及高程的高精度。采用性能良好的膨润土和新型高分子、高膨胀率的注浆材料,改良注浆工艺,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,降低了摩擦阻力和总顶力约43%,减少了中继间的使用数量。解决了顶管施工中的技术难题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Abstract: Based on the Asian Games engineering pipe-jacking construction,key construction technologies were systematically analyzed and researched from mud balance pipe-jacking of reinforced concrete pipe with large-diameter and long-distance in soft soil,including high precision rectifying deviation,resistance reduction by efficient grouting, pipe-jacking construction,monitoring and measurement,etc. Using infrared tracking and positioning technology,with the help of deviation chart correction method,it was done the correction timely and efficiently,ensuring the direction of the route and elevation of high precision. Using the good performance of bentonite and new polymer,high expansion rate of the grouting material,it was modified grouting technology,thus changing the sliding friction into rolling friction. The frictional resistance and total jacking force were reduced by about 43%,the number of relay was reduced. These difficulties were solved by the construction technologies and control methods finally,obtaining excellent economic and social benefits.
