EXPERIMENTAL AND THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF BOND STRESS DISTRIBUTION BETWEEN THE REBAR AND THE RECYCLED CONCRETE

摘要: 根据再生混凝土拉拔试验实测的粘结段钢筋应变值,计算并绘制出粘结应力沿锚固长度的分布曲线,对粘结应力的分布规律进行总结。探讨化学胶着力、机械咬合力和摩擦力随拉拔力变化的规律,初步提出荷载传递单元及荷载传递模式理论,并分析给出粘结应力沿锚固长度分布的理论模型。分析表明,该理论模型与试验结果相一致。最后,定义了粘结应力不均匀系数,分析极限状态下各因素对粘结应力分布的影响。Abstract: According to the strain value along the anchor length based on the pull out test of the recycled aggregate concrete, it was calculated the bond stress and summarized the rule of the bond stress along the anchor length. The changing principal of the chemical joint strength,the mechanical linking strength and the friction force along with the pulling force was discussed. The load transfer unit and load transfer mode theory was firstly proposed. And the theoretical model of the bond stress along the anchor length was given, whose results agreed with the experimental results. Finally,it was defined the asymmetry coefficient of bond stress and analyzed the influence of factors on the distribution of bond stress at ultimate state.
