EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE BEHAVIOR OF THE CONNECTION JOINT BETWEEN THE STEEL ROOF AND THE CONCRETE STRUCTURE

摘要: 对地震作用下钢屋架与钢筋混凝土结构连接节点的水平承载力和受力性能进行研究。以某实际换流站阀厅结构的钢屋架与钢筋混凝土结构连接节点为原型,对3个1∶2缩尺模型进行低周反复荷载试验。分析试验模型破坏过程及特征,对节点的承载力、延性和耗能能力等抗震性能指标进行研究与分析。结果表明:节点的水平承载力略低于单独按地脚螺栓屈服计算的承载力;节点结构的最终破坏原因是地脚螺栓周边混凝土被拉坏;节点滞回曲线饱满,具有较强的耗能能力。在此基础上,提出钢屋架与钢筋混凝土结构连接节点水平承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。Abstract: The mechanical behavior and horizontal bearing capacity of the connection joint between steel roof and reinforced concrete structure under earthquake were investigated.According to the experimental studies on three 1/2 scaled models of the real connection joint between the steel roof and the concrete structure under low cyclic reversed loading,the failure process and patterns were obtained and load-carrying capacity,ductility and energy dissipation were analyzed.Results show that the bearing capacity of the connection joint is less than the yielding capacity of the connecting bolts alone.The final damage reason of the connection joint is the crack of the concrete structure around the anchor bolts.The hysteresis curve of the connection joint with strong capability of energy was full.According to the comparative analysis of test results and theoretical calculations,the formulas of the bearing capacity of the connection joint between steel roof and reinforced concrete structure were presented,the calculated results agree well with those of the test.
