THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF SHOUGUANG STADIUM

摘要: 寿光体育场为大跨度拉索空间结构,采用桅杆上设拉索悬挂屋盖内侧,屋盖外侧置于看台后部的钢筋混凝土柱上,屋盖采用钢管主次桁架体系。介绍该工程的结构体系、荷载取值,主要阐述该工程屋盖设计中的两个方面钢拉索和滑动支座的设计方法,并对比设计控制数据及施工监测数据。结果表明:钢拉索的预拉索力和滑动支座的位移量在实施后均达到设计预期的结果。对于拉索空间结构,设计中应施加预拉索力使风荷载作用下拉索不退出工作;而对于大跨度空间结构,通过支座约束的改变,合理地选择最佳传力途径,可以改善抗震性能并节省造价。Abstract: The Shouguang Stadium is a long-span cable-suspended space structure.The inner of roof is suspended by cable from the mast,and the outer of the roof is placed on the concrete column of the stands.The roof is a joint-and-girder space truss system.It was introduced the structure system,the load distribution,the design method of two key aspects(cable and sliding support),it was also compared the design controlling data to the monitoring data during construction.The results show that the preloading force of cable and the displacement of the sliding support.For the cable-suspended structure,the preloading force should be applied to avoid the inactivation of the cable under the wind loading.For long-span space structure,the seismic performance can be improved and the cost be saved by changing the restraint mode of the support and selecting the force-transferred path appropriated.
