STEEL STRUCTURE INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH INDUSTRIAL PLANT

摘要: 某超高工业厂房工程,安装方案采用分段制作、运输,然后现场高空拼接的施工方案。对上、下节柱的拼接、支撑的安装、钢梁的安装,及钢结构的吊装工艺、吊装顺序、安装要点、质量控制措施进行重点阐述。实践证明:此安装方案解决了超高厂房的运输和安装问题,缩短了施工工期,降低了工程成本,提高了安装质量,取得了良好的综合效益。Abstract: The scheme of manufacturing and handing by sections,and high altitude splicing in field was used for a project of the ultra high industrial plant.It was introduced the splicing of columns,support installation and erection of steel beams,and it was expounded mainly the steel structure hoisting process,assembly sequence,key points of installation,quality control measures.The practice has proved that this installation scheme has solved the problems of the high plant transport and installation,shortened construction period,reduced the cost of the project,improved the quality of installation.
