DESIGN AND RESEARCH OF PORTAL FRAME WITH COMPLICATED MEZZANINE

摘要: 某工业生产车间门式刚架结构含多处重型夹层,该种夹层刚架结构在考虑双向地震作用下扭转振动效应、夹层柱柱间支撑的设置以及抗风柱的设计中均与一般门式刚架有所不同。针对以上问题,利用通用有限元软件SAP 2000对整个结构进行计算和分析,得出合理的设计方法,工程应用后取得了良好的效果。Abstract: One industrial production workshop contains many heavy mezzanines,whose torsional vibration effect under bi-directional earthquake action is taken into account,hence the brace setting of the column which support the mezzanines and design of the wind-resistant column which is near to mezzanines are all different from common portal frame.Aiming at these difficulties,FEA software SAP 2000 is used for structural calculation and analysis,the efficient design methods are reached,good results are achieved after these methods are applied to this project.
