CONSTRUCTION OF A LOW-CARBON POWER PLANT IN ITS WHOLE LIFE CYCLE

摘要: 在现代工业建设中,原始的高能耗、高污染设计方法违背低碳原则,对建设成本应该从工业建筑的整个生命周期的角度来考虑。针对某实际电厂设计项目,讨论了一整套有效的低碳电厂建设方法。介绍了一套符合我国国情的低碳设计准则;讨论了低碳电厂的一些设计方法;提出了一种基于废弃稻谷灰的混凝土着色技术,用于改善电厂的外观和降低建设成本;最后,通过全生命周期分析,证明提出的低碳电厂设计不仅保护了环境,也提高了经济效益。Abstract: In the modern industry constructions, the original high energy consumption and high pollution design goes against the low-carbon and low-consumption principles.As a matter of fact, recently, it is necessary to consider the construction cost in the whole life cycle of a plant.A set of efficient low-carbon construction methods of the power plant is proposed based on a practical project.As the standard of the plant construction, the specific low-carbon criterion is discussed firstly.Then the design methods are analyzed in detail.Furthermore, a novel concrete coloration technique by reusing the waste rice husk ash is developed to improve the appearance of the plant and reduce the construction costs.At last, from the cost analysis of the plant in whole life cycle, the proposed low-carbon design of power plant is illustrated to be significant of economic benefit as well as environment protection.
