FINITE-ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF SHEAR BEHAVIOR OF JOINT STRUCTURE IN SEGMENTAL CONSTRUCTION CONCRETE BOX GIRDER

摘要: 接缝是预制节段施工桥梁的重要部位,也是薄弱环节,接缝抗剪性能的好坏直接影响桥梁整体的承载能力,然而国内外针对接缝抗剪性能的研究并不多,也没有相应的设计规范。以广州地铁4号线高架区间30 m体外预应力简支梁桥的预制节段施工接缝截面为依托,运用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行非线性数值模拟,分析预制节段施工体外预应力混凝土桥梁干接缝直剪模式下的受力机理,得到该类接缝横截面剪力键各键齿位移和应力的分布规律。Abstract: Joint is a key structure to the precast segmental construction bridge,and also is the weak link.Whether the shear behavior of joint structure is good or bad will directly affect the carrying capacity of whole bridge.However,there is not much study on shear behavior of joint structure both at home and abroad,either no corresponding design code for designing of joint.Based on the joint section of 30 m external prestressing simply supported beam with precast segmental construction in Guangzhou metro line 4,ANSYS infinite element analysis software is used for nonlinear numerical simulation,the stress mechanism of dry joint external prestressing concrete bridge by precast segmental construction under the direct shear is analyzed.Distribution laws of displacement and stress of the joint section are obtained,which may be a reference for the design of similar bridges.
