STRENGTHENING DESIGN EXAMPLE OF FRAME COLUMNS BY STAGE REPLACING CONCRETE

摘要: 某框架柱1层有1角柱一小段混凝土强度等级偏低,经加固方案比较后决定采用分期置换混凝土加固法。由于置换混凝土部位的结构荷载较大,为确保上部结构和施工操作的安全,通过测量支撑结构及被置换结构在卸载过程中发生的应变及卸荷点的变形,准确地反映被置换混凝土部位结构的内力、变形和残余变形以及支撑结构的内力,为卸载提供可靠的依据。同时介绍施工检测结果以及置换加固的效果,最后对该类工程的设计与施工提出了建议。Abstract: A short section concrete of a corner column of a frame prism column on 1th floor is unqualified,the strength of concrete is relatively low,therefore,by comparing the reinforcement schemes of concrete,the method of stage replacing concrete is selected. Because the column has a large part of the structual load,to ensure the structure and the construction operations safety,it is measured the strain of the support structure and the replaced structure and the deformation of unloading points during unloading process,with which the internal forces,deformation,residual deformation of the structure at replaced concrete position can be reflected accurately,which can provides reliable basis for unloading. It is also described the test results of construction and the replacement of the reinforcement effect.Finally,advices of design and construction are also put forward for this sort of project.
