SEMI-RIGIDITY AND INITIAL STIFFNESS OF UNSTIFFENED SINGLESIDED BOLTED-WELDED CONNECTION OF STEEL MOMENT FRAME

摘要: 以钢框架边节点为研究对象,分析栓焊连接节点(节点域无加劲肋)受力后的变形机理,由此推导初始刚度计算公式,并用15个节点有限元模型来验证公式的合理性。结果表明:理论公式计算栓焊连接节点的初始刚度具有足够的精度。最后根据欧洲规范EC3对这15个节点进行分类,结果表明,很多栓焊连接节点不满足刚性节点刚度的要求,属于半刚性节点。Abstract: Based on a mid-side connection of a steel frame, this paper analyzed the deformation mechanism of the bolted-welded connection after loading and deduced a theoretical formula that could calculate initial stiffness. In order to verify the rationality of the formula, 15 finite element models were established to calculated the initial stiffness.The results show that the theoretical formula is fit to calculate initial stiffness. Besides, according to Eurocode 3, many connections can not meet the demands of rigid connections stiffness. They belong to semi-rigid connections.
