DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF TWO-WAY STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE FLOOR SYSTEM

摘要: 近年来,双向钢-混凝土组合楼盖逐渐在大跨度结构体系中得到应用。与普通钢筋混凝土楼盖相比,双向钢-混凝土组合楼盖能提高延性和整体性能,并且降低结构高度、大大减轻结构自重和加快施工进度。针对工程设计和施工难点,介绍双向钢-混凝土组合楼盖的适用范围、尺寸选择、计算方法、节点设计、裂缝控制和施工方法,并结合工程实例进行较详细的阐述,同时对比了双向钢-混凝土组合楼盖与其他形式楼盖的经济技术指标。

Abstract: Two-way steel-concrete composite floors system have been applied to large-span structure system gradually. Compared with reinforced concrete floors system, it has advantages of good integrality, ductility, reducing structure height, lowering self-weight and shortening erection time. According to the design and construction difficulties, it was presented that application scope, size selection, calculation method, joint design, crack control, and construction method of this composite floor system. Combined with practical work, design and construction technology of two-way steel concrete composite system were expounded in detail. The economic and technical indexes of that floor system were compared with others. -
