EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON SPLITTING TENSILE BEHAVIOR OF ADHESION BETWEEN HIGH PERFORMANCE CEMENT-MORTAR AND CONCRETE

摘要: 为了解界面处理类型、水泥复合砂浆及混凝土的强度等级这三个因素对水泥复合砂浆和混凝土粘结性能的影响,对高性能水泥复合砂浆与混凝土粘结形成的标准试块进行劈拉试验。结果表明,随着混凝土强度和高性能水泥复合砂浆强度的提高,粘结劈拉强度随之提高,但粘结劈拉强度与它们的比值却随之下降,界面处理形成适当的粗糙度有助于粘结性能的改善。水泥复合砂浆强度对劈拉强度的影响高度显著,界面处理类型一般显著,混凝土强度极不显著。基于此,建立劈拉强度与砂浆强度的关系模型并引入混凝土强度因素对其进行修正,通过验证表明,试验数据与计算结果吻合良好。Abstract: This paper presents the experimental research on splitting tensile behavior of adhesion between high performance cement-mortar and concrete to understand the effect type of interface treatment,high performance cement-mortar and grade of concrete strength on the bonding property.The results indicate that the splitting tensile strength increases with the raise of concrete strength and high performance cement-mortar strength,and proper surface roughness of old concrete contributes to the adhesive behavior of high performance cement-mortar and concrete.Prominent property analysis of influential factors of splitting tensile strength shows cement-mortar strength is more prominent than the process of adhesion section and concrete strength is less.The model of the relationship between the splitting tensile strength and cement-mortar strength is set up according to the test results.
