EXPERIMENT OF STUDY ON BFRP CONCRETE BEAMS' BENDING PROPERTIES

摘要: 制作12根混凝土简支梁进行三分点静力加载直至破坏的试验,研究不同配筋率的钢筋和玄武岩纤维BFRP加筋混凝土简支梁的性能。试验结果表明:BFRP加筋混凝土梁荷载-挠度曲线近似为直线,但在施荷后期依然表现较好的延性;开裂荷载和极限荷载并没有得到明显提高;裂缝宽度可以控制在2.5 mm以内,裂缝间距随着配筋率的增加而减小。建议研制BFRP筋,使之与混凝土之间有足够的粘结强度。Abstract: Twelve concrete simple beams are made,the test of static load of the third point until failure being experienced and analysed,performances of the steels with different reinforcement ratios and reinforced concrete beams are studied.The results show that: load-deflection curve of BFRP reinforced concrete beam is almost a straight line,but still performs a better ductility at the late loading stage.Cracking load and ultimate load have not been significantly improved,but crack width can be controlled within 2.5 mm,and the crack spacing is decreased with the increase in reinforcement ratio.So better non-peeling BFRP rebars should be made to ensure adequate bond strength with the concrete.
