Abstract: As the space carriers of industry,industrial park achieves mutual cooperation between industries by the full use of assembling effect of architecture.Taking Yantai GIS Industrial Park planning and design practice for example,this paper proposes the idea of community model to build industrial park space form and advocates the adoption of community-based organizations,space and transportation,as well as the variety of architecture and environmental design and other aspects,which are suitable for exploration and research on the planning strategy of green spirit;it is also pursued the integration and harmonious between people and the environment and shared resources in order to create sustainable development direction of modern industrial parks.
