EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON FLEXURAL BAHAVIOR OF RC BEAMS WITH GRADE HRB500

摘要: 对7根HRB500级低成本高性能钢筋混凝土梁进行正截面试验研究,分析HRB500级高性能钢筋与高强混凝土匹配下梁的破坏形态、变形和承载力特点,研究现行规范的承载力、裂缝宽度和挠度等计算公式对HRB500级高性能钢筋混凝土梁的适用性。结果表明:HRB500级低成本高性能钢筋混凝土梁承载力实测值略大于计算值,梁裂缝间距实测值小于规范计算值;裂缝宽度实测值与计算值相近但互有大小,其计算不能直接套用现行规范公式;而挠度的实测值大于规范计算值,在规范公式基础上给出了梁挠度计算的修正系数。Abstract: Based on 7 beams with grade HRB500 reinforcement of low-cost and high-performance,the failure modes,deformation characteristics and bearing capacities matched different strength concrete are analyzed.To test whether the formulas for calculating the bearing capacity,crack width and deflection in the existing code are suitable for the concrete beams with grade HRB500 reinforcement of high-performance.The result indicates that the value of bearing capacity is larger than the one calculated by the code,crack spacing measured is less than the one calculated by the code,but datas of crack width measured and calculated were represented in a fluctuate form,although the two are very close to each other,its calculated method can not use formula given in the code.And deflections measured are larger than the ones calculated by the code.As a result,a modified factor for calculating the deflections of the beam is given.
