APPLICATION OF CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF BIG,FLEXIBLE AND LIGHT ROOFING IN A LARGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

摘要: 某大型国际会议展览中心屋面,采用管桁架加压型钢板及PVC防水等柔性轻型材料和施工技术。该工程具有单体屋面面积大,作业面大,工程节点数量多,施工人员多,工序交叉多,现场管理繁杂和工期紧等特点。这种轻型屋面与传统的屋面相比,有较大的优势:工序衔接紧密、没有技术间歇要求、没有湿作业、屋面荷载轻和适合大跨度。在经历了1年多的实际应用后,屋面完全满足使用要求。Abstract: The pipe truss, profiled steel sheet, PVC waterproof material and corresponding construction technology were used in the project of a large international convention and exhibition center.The project featured a large area of single roof, large working face, many joints, complicated site management and short construction period etc.As compared with the traditional roof, this roof had the following merits, such as close construction process, no request of technical interval, no wet operation and light roof load etc, which was very suitable for large span.After using and testing for more than a year the construction technology of the roof could fully meet the requirements of the actual use.
