TOP-DOWN CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PRESSURED GROUT PRESTRESSED ANTI-FLOATING ANCHOR AND ITS APPLICATION IN THE CORROSIVE CONFINED WATER SOIL LAYERS

摘要: 介绍压力型预应力抗浮锚杆逆作施工技术在太原万达广场酒吧街工程中的应用。压力型预应力抗浮锚杆受荷后其固定段内的灌浆体处于受压状态,故不易开裂,具有良好的耐久性。同时抗浮锚杆布置灵活,锚固效率高,有利于底板均匀受力。在承压水较大的情况下,通过预先打入钢管穿透承压水层以隔水隔砂,有效解决承压水对抗浮锚杆施工的不利影响,采取有效措施进行管缝间止水处理及节点防水处理,防止了渗水漏水现象的发生,取得了良好的效果。最后对逆作施工抗浮锚杆技术进行了探讨。Abstract: The top-down construction method of pressured grout prestressed anti-floating anchor used in Taiyuan Wanda Plaza was introduced.This kind of anchor posesses of good durability when beared compression so that the anchor fixed length was not easy to crack.In the meanwhile, the flexible arrangements and high anchoring efficiency were good for the even stress of foundation plate.In this project, the influnce of confined water was successfully removed by driving steel pipes into the layer, with which the abundant confined water was cut off and running sand was separated.Several kinds of measures were taken to prevent ground water from leaking into the basement and it was proved to be in good effect.At the same time, top-dowm construction method of anti-floating anchor was discussed.
