STUDY ON PROBABILITY DISTRIBUTION MODEL OF THE RATIO BETWEEN MAXIMUM PIT DEPTH AND AVERAGE CORROSION PENETRATION DEPTH FOR REINFORCEMENT BARS IN CONCRETE

摘要: 探究混凝土中钢筋表面坑蚀的分布规律,是进行锈损钢筋混凝土构件可靠性评价的必要前提。通过对掺盐钢筋混凝土试件长达2年的室外干湿循环试验,得到89根不同锈蚀程度的钢筋;对锈蚀钢筋逐根清洗、量取质量、量测及计算分析后,获得了89组钢筋最大坑蚀与平均锈蚀深度的比值,并以此作为钢筋表面锈蚀特征的分析指标,利用数理统计相关知识对该指标的概率分布进行深入分析。结果表明:氯盐环境下混凝土中钢筋最大坑蚀与平均锈蚀深度的比值服从对数正态分布。Abstract: It is the necessary premise of reliability evaluation on the corroded RC member to study the distribution rule of pit corrosion for the rebar.The wet-dry cycle tests outdoors on salt-doped reinforced concrete members were conducted for two years.The 89 corroded rebars were peeled, acid cleaned, weighed, measured and analyzed.Then, the ratio of the maximum pit depth and the average corrosion penetration depth was calculated.As the analysis index of the rebar corrosion character, whose probability distribution was analyzed deeply by the method of mathematical statistics.The result shows that the ratio follows lognormal distribution for the rebar under chloride environment.
