IMPROVEMENT OF CONCRETE RESISTANCE TO SULFATE ATTACK BY RMO-CEMENT PASTE COATING

摘要: 采用RMO-水泥净浆涂层,通过不同的涂抹工艺,对比评价其对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的改善效果,总结出RMO-水泥净浆涂层在不同的涂抹工艺下,混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀的机理及劣化的过程。结果表明,对混凝土迎水面及背水面采用RMO-水泥净浆涂层进行涂封处理,均能有效减弱硫酸盐溶液在混凝土中的渗透作用,迎水面涂封处理对预防硫酸盐侵蚀更有效。Abstract: The concrete resistance to sulfate attack was improved by applying repair mortar overlay(RMO)-cement paste coating in different ways.The degradation mechanisms and processes of sulfate attack in concrete with different ways of applying coatings were discussed.Results showed that the penetration of sulfate ions into concrete was effectively reduced by applying the coatings on both the positive and the negative side.It's more efficient on preventing sulfate attack by applying the coatings on the positive side.
