STUDY ON BEARING CAPACITY OF CORROSION OF RC BEAMS UNDER ARTIFICIAL CLIMATE ENVIRONMENT

摘要: 在设定的人工气候氯盐腐蚀的环境下,对两种不同水灰比的钢筋混凝土梁进行腐蚀时间不同的试验研究,分析氯盐腐蚀后钢筋混凝土梁的承载能力及钢筋锈蚀率。结果表明:同一水灰比的混凝土梁在不同腐蚀时间下的承载力与氯离子在混凝土中的侵蚀深度及其对钢筋腐蚀的程度密切相关;水灰比较大的混凝土梁中钢筋腐蚀率大。Abstract: Under the specified artificial climate environment of chloride corrosion, it was studied in the experiment that chloride contaminated RC beams with two different water-cement ratios at different corrosion time and was analyzed the bearing capacity and corrosion ratio of rebars after being corroded by chloride ion.The results show that bearing capacity of RC beams with the same water-cement ratio at different corrosion time is closely related to the corrosion depth of chloride in concrete and the degree of corrosion in rebars.In addition, rebars in RC beams with higher water-cement ratio is corroded more seriously.
