摘要: 地基不均匀沉降是引起建筑结构倾斜、导致构件开裂等事故的主要原因之一。长沙某7层砖混结构住宅楼产生了严重的不均匀沉降，通过分析产生不均匀沉降的原因，并针对该原因运用花管注浆法对该住宅楼地基进行了处理，同时对墙体等构件进行相应的加固，最终加固取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: Uneven settlement of foundation is one of the main reasons leading to inclination of a structure and crack of components. The uneven settlement and over-settlement of a residential building with seven-storey masonry structure in Changsha are introduced and their reason are analyzed. The application of grouting through perforated pipe was set forth，and the related treatment for masonry and concrete members was proposed.
