APPLICATION SECTION-STEEL BONDED TO REINFORCE STRUCTURE WITH LOAD SIGNIFICANT INCREASED

摘要: 某火电厂进行技术改造,在除氧间2根大梁上新增除氧器1台及部分附属设施,总重2 000 kN。增加的荷载远远超出了大梁的原设计承载力,经分析论证,确定采用粘型钢法进行加固。在理论假定的基础上,正弯矩加固按单筋矩形截面梁抗弯强度理论进行设计,负弯矩加固按相关试验研究公式进行设计。型钢梁的加工制作必须精准,由于型钢梁不易变形,采用先固定后灌注的粘贴施工法,并配合剪切键钢板、化学植筋等构造措施以确保新旧结构的联合工作效果。加固施工完毕后,进行了现场加载试验,结果表明,加固效果良好。Abstract: In the technological transformation of a thermal power plant,a new deaerator and some ancillary facilities with a total weight of 2 000 kN would be placed on two beams of Oxygen Room. The load far beyond the originally designed carrying capacity of beams. With analysis and appraisal,it was determined that they should be reinforced by method of section-steel bonded. Based on the theoretical assumption,positive bending moment reinforcement was designed by the classical theory of rectangular cross-section flexural strength,negative bending moment reinforcement designed by the formula form related experimental study. Processing and production of section-steel beams must be precise. As the deformation of section-steel beams was very difficult,so,the paste construction method offixed frist before perfusionshould be used,and to ensure the joint work of both old and new structures with the shear key plates,chemical anchorage and other structural measures were also used. After the construction,load-on field test was conducted,which showed that reinforcing effect was very good.
