STUDY ON THE DRYING SHRINKAGE OF MAGNESIUM PHOSPHATE CEMENT MORTAR

  • 摘要: 系统研究磷酸镁水泥砂浆的干燥收缩性能,从氧化镁活性、水胶比、磷镁比、粉煤灰掺量和缓凝剂使用等方面研究了影响磷酸镁水泥砂浆干燥收缩的影响因素。研究采用DEMEC方法指出,磷酸镁水泥砂浆的干燥收缩随着氧化镁活性的降低、水胶比的提高、磷镁比的降低、粉煤灰掺量的降低和缓凝剂的使用而增大。同时,分析指出,自由水分的蒸发是干燥收缩产生的主要原因,指出粉煤灰对于抑制磷酸镁水泥砂浆干燥收缩的贡献。
