摘要

摘要: 通过对丹麦生态村的资料收集和实地调研，介绍其发展源起和典型案例，分析其发展历程的转变趋势，并讨论其在整个住宅产业的生态转型过程中所扮演的角色，从而提出由上至下，源于中央政府制定的相关管理政策和由下至上、发自基层公众的地方性试验行动相结合的转型方法。

Abstract: With the information collection and field investigation,this paper introduces the origin and typical cases of the ecovillage in Demark,analyzes the trends of the development changes and tries to discuss the role which ecovillage plays in the ecological transition of the whole housing department.Finally,it proposes a way in sustainable transition which makes a combination of the top-down central government strategy and bottom-up local grassroots experimental activity.
