EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF NEW GREEN STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANELS

摘要: 结构绝缘板是采用秸秆板或定向结构板作为结构面板,粘结于绝缘泡沫芯材两侧而形成的夹芯板结构,具有良好的节能环保特性。采用真空槽对不同厚度组合的结构绝缘板进行均布荷载下试验,得到材料特性和其相应的荷载-挠度曲线,为结构绝缘板理论分析和计算公式的获得创造条件。Abstract: Structural insulated panels(SIPs) are structural sandwich panels consisting of a foam plastic insulation core securely bonded between two structural facings made of the wheat-rice straw particleboard or oriented strand board other than metal surfaces.They have good characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection.The paper systematically analyzed the mechanical properties of SIPs by using vacuum equipment and gained their load-deflection curves under uniformly distributed load,which will provide a basis getting future theoretical equations.
