RENOVATION AND REINFORCEMENT DESIGN OF A FRAMED OFFICE BUILDING

摘要: 介绍某框架结构办公楼扩建加层改造的加固方案设计。首先,分析了直接扩建加层结构计算模型的动力特性,确定需要加固的部位。经分析,原框架结构主要存在刚度偏小、承载力不足和构造措施偏弱等问题;其次,对相应的部位进行抗震加固设计,在设计时要注意与建筑、水电暖等专业的配合;最后,验算加固后加层扩建结构模型的各项性能指标。结果表明:均能满足现行规范的各项要求。此设计为该工程加固方案之一,可供相关工程参考。Abstract: The extension-story design of a framed office building is introduced.First the dynamic characteristics of the structure with directive adding stores are analyzed,and what structural members should be reinforced are determined.Weak stiffness,low bearing capacity and detail design problems of the old frame can be found.Second,the design of anti-seismic strengthening is carried out and attention should be paid to coordination with the other departments.Finally,the dynamic characteristics of the designed structure are tested,and that satisfied the various requirements of current code.The design is one of the reinforcement programs of the project,which can be reference for other projects.
