STRENGTHENING DESIGN OF AN OFFICE BUILDING WITH REMOVED COLUMNS

摘要: 某办公楼因局部使用功能改变,需在裙房2层局部抽除2根中柱。通过计算得出因结构局部传力路径的改变引起的基础荷载转移及上部结构构件内力变化幅度,并就抽柱对结构体系抗侧刚度和抗震性能的影响程度进行分析。在充分满足建筑使用空间的原则下,力求施工方法简单方便,提出综合加大截面、外加预应力撑杆、粘贴碳纤维布和植筋技术等多种方法的加固设计方案,使改造工程得以完满进行。Abstract: Two interior columns on the second floor of an office buildings podium need to be removed due to functional change of the building.The amplitude of load-transition on foundation and variation of internal forces in members of the structure were calculated based on the updated load transferring path.The influence of the two removed columns on lateral stiffness and seismic performance of the structure was analyzed as well.To meet the architectural use of space and ensure convenience for construction,an integrated strengthening technology was proposed including increase of columns section,application of pre-stressed struts,bonding of external FRP plates,addition of steel bars and so on.Each method is proposed to strengthen or retrofit a specific type of members,which can provide a reference for similar structural strengthening.
