AN ELEMENTARY ANALYSIS OF INTRAVENOUS INDUSTRIAL PARK AND ITS PLANNING STRATEGY

摘要: 以静脉产业园区规划为研究对象,从介绍静脉产业、静脉产业园区等相关概念入手,结合典型静脉产业园区规划的低碳化、生态化目标,总结静脉产业园区生态可持续发展的规划原则,包括合理的产业链结构、高效的交通与能量流系统、生态化的景观环境建设等。进而分析国内两个典型静脉产业园区的优缺点,提出静脉产业园区规划的关键问题在于处理好环境影响与城市发展的动态平衡关系,建立空间布局与高效产业链之间的引导关系,通过合理配置绿地系统建构静脉产业园区的生态空间等方面。Abstract: The article takes the planning of intravenous industrial park as the research object.By introducing the related concepts of intravenous industry and intravenous industrial park and the low carbon and ecological goal in such park,it is summarized.The plan principles which include the reasonable structure of industry、the efficient system of traffic and energy,ecological building of landscape environment,etc.Then the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of two typical intravenous industrial parks in China.The article points out that the key issues of the plan of an intravenous industrial park lie in dealing well with the relationship between city development and environment influence,establishing the mutual guidance relationship between the space layout and efficient industry chain,and building up the ecological space of intravenous industrial park by reasonable distribution of green system.
