DISCUSSION ON CONCEPTION OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT

摘要: 基于科学发展观，对西方发达国家城市发展进程中的经验教训给予分析，对我国当前城市发展存在的陈旧理念、资源浪费、扩张过快、生态恶化、特色丧失以及忽视科学人本等问题进行分析，并指出科学发展观是面对这些问题的有效应答，是新时期城市发展的指导思想，最后进一步提出了在城市发展中落实科学发展观的措施和途径。Abstract: This paper described connotation of the scientific development concept,it was analyzed the experiences and lessons of the western developed countries in the process of urban development and also analyzed the issues that appeared in Chinas current urban development,such as the old concept,waste of resources,overexpansion,ecological degradation,characteristics loss,as well as the neglect ofscience humanand so on.It was believed that scientific concept of development was an effective response to these problems,which was also the guiding ideology of the new era of urban development.Further more,It was proposed measures and methods of implementing the scientific concept of development in the urban development.
