Abstract: Industrial heritage conservation and regeneration is a pressing subject in the rapid development of urbanization.At the macroscopic level,the paper analyzes the present situation and value factors in Shanxi Jinhua Textile Mill,puts forward the methods and strategies on its conservation and regeneration,i.e.Shanxi Modern National Industrial Museum is to be built at the same address,so as to give its full play to guide and promote its industrial heritage conservation and regeneration.
