A STUDY ON APPLICATION OF STRENGTHENING OF FRAME BEAM WITH CARBON FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER AFTER FIRE

摘要: 对火灾后框架梁的加固方法进行可行性分析和技术经济量化分析,科学地选择加固方法碳纤维布加固框架梁。阐述碳纤维布加固框架梁的设计与计算、薄型防火隔热、施工工艺等。通过对框架梁加固前、后分别进行现场静载试验,检测分析对比框架梁的承载力、裂缝宽度、挠度等力学性能和变形性能的变化。结果表明:碳纤维布加固框架梁有效地提高了梁的抗弯和抗剪承载能力,延缓了裂缝的出现与发展,减小了裂缝宽度和挠度,提高了安全性、适用性、耐久性。Abstract: Based on the feasibility analysis and quantitative analysis of strengthening methods of frame beam after fire,the paper suggests a scientific strengthening method,i.e.,the carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP).The paper then expounds the design and calculation of the strengthening with CFRP,the fire prevention and heat insulation with thin sheet,and the construction technology,etc.It is made a on-the-site static load test of frame beam before and after reinforcement,it is also examined and analysed the mechanical properties and deformation performance of the frame beam by comparing the bearing capacity,crack width and deflection.The research results show that frame beam with CFRP can improve the flexural capacity and shear-carrying capacity,delay the time of crack and minimize the crack width and deflection,which can ensure the security,applicability and durability.
