APPLICATION STUDY OF STEEL-CONCRETE-PRESTRESSED LONG CANTILEVER COMPOSITE STRUCTURES

摘要: 通过中国济源篮球城11.5 m悬臂结构的工程实践,阐述型钢、有粘结、无粘结预应力混凝土组合构件的结构方案和设计方法,探讨该组合结构型钢顶端竖向张拉及预应力水平张拉的组合张拉方案和保证组合结构共同工作的措施。通过施工过程检测和模拟使用荷载的堆载试验进行结构验证。结果表明:该组合结构是活荷载较大及荷载变化较频繁的大悬臂结构、大跨度梁、大偏心柱、转换结构等的优选结构方案;高效预应力技术是保证组合结构共同工作的主动措施;型钢强迫位移法施加的有限预应力,可充分发挥型钢的抗拉强度,改善结构的抗裂和变形性能。Abstract: Through application of the 11.5 m long cantilever beam in China Jiyuan Basket-Ball City,the construction project and design method about steel-concrete-pestress large cantilever beam was depicted;the composite tension scheme combining vertical tension on the top of steel with horizontal tension to bonded string and measure ensuring structure working together was explored.It is the optimizing structural concept of the big cantilever structure,the long-span beam or the big eccentric structure or the transformation structure for the load of frequent change,and high efficiency prestressed technique is the initiative measure to guarantee the collaborating structure,steel pressure forced displacement method can give full play to the steel tensile strength and improve the anticrack and deformation performance of the structure.
