AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE BOND BEHAVIOR BETWEEN STEEL BAR AND FROZEN CONCRETE DURING WINTER CONSTRUCTION

摘要: 通过钢筋与混凝土的中心拉拔试验,研究施工期受冻对混凝土与钢筋粘结性能的影响。试验参数考虑施工期温度、防冻剂掺量和养护条件三种。试验获得钢筋与混凝土的荷载-滑移曲线,计算了极限粘结强度和粘结滑移,并与常温标准养护下的试件进行对比分析。试验结果表明:在低温状态下,防冻剂掺量不足或养护措施不当会造成钢筋与混凝土之间粘结性能不同程度的下降。Abstract: In this study,pull-out tests are carried out to research the bond behavior between steel bar and frozen concrete during winter construction.Test parameters are construction temperature,amount of anti-freezing admixture and curing condition.load-slip curve of steel bar and concrete is obtained,and factors such as ultimate bond strength and bond slip are analyzed and compared with specimens in standard curing condition.The test results show that bond properties between steel bar and concrete are degenerated due to inadequate amount of anti-freezing admixture and poor curing condition in low temperature.
