ENERGY EFFICIENCY REFORMATION FOR EXTERNAL STRUCTURES OF OLD FACTORY BUILDINGS IN SEVERE COLD REGION

摘要: 严寒地区旧厂房正面临着修复、拆除和保护的历史性抉择,由于地理气候因素,这些厂房的围护结构既有保温作用又具有历史性特征,采用合理可行的发展对策是保证正确发展的关键。通过调查研究,试验测试及计算分析做出相应的可行性节能改造技术措施,从而使旧厂房得以可持续性发展,达到在城市发展过程中节约能源和美化城市的目的。Abstract: Old factory buildings in severe cold region are facing historic choice to be repaired,be torn down and be protected.Because of the geography and weather factors,the enclosures of these factory buildings have insulation function and historic characteristics.Adopting the reasonable and viable development countermeasures is the key to the correct development.Through investigation and research,experiment and test,practicable reformation measures,can be got,which will make the old factory buildings have a sustainable development,thus attaining the purpose of energy-saving and beautifying city in the process of city development.
