RELATED ISSUES OF ACCUMULATION HOISTING TECHNOLOGY OF LONG-SPAN LATTICE FRAMED STRUCTURE AT BEIJING INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

摘要: 针对首都机场新华航空机库网架结构存在不同层数、不同高度以及存在错位等问题,提出分片拼装-分片提升-整体拼装-整体提升的累积提升施工方法,对分片合龙施工技术、合龙数值模拟技术以及累积提升过程结构计算等相关问题进行分析与研究,通过此机库大跨网架结构实际累积提升施工的运用,结果表明了累积提升方法的有效性,同时也可以为类似结构的施工提供参考。Abstract: For the problems of different layers,different heights and the existence of dislocation,the accumulation-hoisting construction technology of unit assembly-unit lifting-integral assembly-integral lifting is proposed for Xinhua airlines hangar in Beijing International Aairport.The related issues of this construction technology is analyzed and studied,such as the closure construction method,numerical simulation and structural analysis based on integral model.This construction technology is proved to be effective through the accumulation-hoisting construction of long-span lattice framed structure for Xinhua airlines hangar,and the research results can be used as the reference for the construction process of this kind of structures.
