AN STUDY ON APPLICATION OF HIGH EARLY STRENGTH ADMIXTURES IN RAILWAY PRESTRESSED CONCRETE

摘要: 通过对比普通粉煤灰、矿粉和早强掺合料对混凝土强度发展规律的影响,并通过弹性模量和徐变等性能试验,验证提高箱梁混凝土早期强度,缩短张拉周期的可行性。研究结果表明:采用早强掺合料配制高性能混凝土,早期强度和弹性模量满足张拉要求,但早期张拉会造成混凝土徐变成倍增加,因此不建议预应力结构提前张拉。Abstract: It is studied the influence of fly ash,granulated blast furnace slag and high early admixtures on compressive strength of concrete.The results of experiments show that high early admixtures can promote the early strength and the elastic modulus to satisfy the design standard.But the creep of concrete will be doubled when loading at early age,Based on the conclusion of this paper,it is suggested that the tension of reinforcement should be pressesed later,so as to guarantee the quality of the prestressed members.
