EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON POINT-SUPPORTED TEMPERED GLASS PANEL SUBJECTED TO CYCLIC LOAD

摘要: 为研究四点支承玻璃面板在循环荷载下的力学性能,对11块采用浮头式驳接头连接方式的钢化玻璃面板,进行施加面外均布循环荷载的破坏试验,对整个循环荷载作用下玻璃面板关键点的动静态应力变化进行测量。试验表明,钢化玻璃在循环荷载作用下的荷载-应力呈线性关系,随着循环次数的增加,板内应力略有变化,表现为高脆性破坏。Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of four-point-supported glass panels under cyclic load,failure tests are conducted on eleven tempered glass panels with protuberant connectors under the distributed uniform lateral pressure.It is measured the changes in dynamic and static stresses at key points of the glass panels under full cyclic load.The experiments show that the load-stress curves of point-supported tempered glass panels approached to be linear under cyclic load,and the stress of the panels varied slightly with the increase of cycle number.The failure of tempered glass panels is of high brittle fracture.
