APPLICATION OF FLAT DILATOMETER TEST TO DETERMINATION OF COEFFICIENT OF EARTH PRESSURE AT REST IN XI’AN LOESS FOUNDATION

摘要: 根据西安地区黄土扁铲侧胀试验结果与室内K0固结试验结果的对比,通过试算,给出适应于西安黄土地区扁铲侧胀试验(DMT)测定静止侧压力系数K0的计算经验公式,计算结果与室内试验较为一致,误差在2%~5%。Abstract: According to the comparison of the flat dilatometer test results to those of laboratory test and through trial calculation,it was given empirical formula of applying flat dilatometer test to determine the coefficient of earth pressure at rest in Xian loess foundation. The calculated results agreed basically with those of basically laboratory test,whose errors are between 2% to 5%.
