摘要: 首钢集团搬迁正在逐步进行，工业区内的近现代工业建筑的去与留成为首要考虑的问题。通过对工业建筑的现状调查，将其分为三类，并探讨了类文物保护、保存外立面、保存结构、拆除重建等四种保护与利用模式，最后提出了几点思考。

Abstract: Shougang Group has been moved out in recent years.It is an important problem that how to deal with the industrial buildings.According to the survey of the buildings in Shougang Industrial Area,the buildings were classified into three types,and it was put forward four methods of preservation and utilization: preserving as cultural relics,preserving facade,preserving structure and breaking down.In the end some suggestions were given on Shougang Industrial Area.
