THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF APARTMENT TOWERS FOR TIANJIN R&F CENTER

摘要: 天津富力中心是小白楼地区门户性地标建筑,地下4层,地上双塔,高约200m。其中公寓塔楼地上54层,采用带钢斜撑的框架-核芯筒结构体系,X向主要由剪力墙筒体作为抗侧力体系,Y向由钢斜撑框架与剪力墙筒体共同形成抗侧力体系,钢斜撑框架由矩形钢管混凝土柱、矩形钢管斜撑、H型钢-混凝土梁组成;作为超限高层,X、Y两个方向采取了不同的抗侧力结构型式,并采用了长宽比超过2的矩形钢管混凝土柱,对结构体系和结构构件的设计进行详尽介绍。Abstract: Tianjin R & F Center is a landmark building of Xiaobailou district, 4 floors underground, 2200-metershigh towers up the ground. The structural system of the 54-storey apartment tower is steel brace framework-core tube structure system. The main lateral resistant structure of X direction is reinforced concrete tube, and of Y direction is a combination system of steel brace framework and reinforced concrete tube. The steel brace framework is a combination of rectangular concrete-filled steel tube columns, rectangular steel braces and H-shaped steel-concrete composition beam. For the super-tall building, different kinds of lateral resistant structures are used in X and Y directions, ratio of H/B of concrete filled steel tube column is beyond 2.0, it is presented in detail the structural systems and members.
