STUDY ON BEARING BEHAVIORS AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE OF COLUMNAR-HAMMER RAMMED CONCRETE PILE

摘要: 柱锤夯实混凝土桩是柱锤冲扩桩技术的新发展,继承了柱锤冲扩桩二次挤密的功效,桩身混凝土经柱锤夯实成型,具有承载力高、造价低的优点。在研究柱锤夯实混凝土桩承载特性的基础上,重点研究柱锤夯实混凝土桩的施工工艺,解决地下水位以下饱和软土层柱锤夯实混凝土桩的成桩工艺问题。成桩试验表明:在地下水位以下施工,柱锤夯实混凝土桩必须采用沉管成孔、跟管夯扩填料的施工工艺,并对具体施工参数进行分析。Abstract: Rammed concrete pile is the new development of columnar-hammer rammed and expanded piles. Owning to the twice compaction effect and high strength of rammed concrete,the rammed concrete pile has the advantages of high bearing capacity and low cost. Bearing behavior and construction procedure of rammed concrete piles are studied in the paper. The results of site tests indicate that the tube must be taken to drive the pile and ram the concrete under ground water level. The construction parameters are also analyzed.
