EXPERIMENT STUDY ON BOND STRENGTH BETWEEN CONCRETE AND NEAR SURFACE MOUNTED (NSM) CFRP RODS

摘要: 为研究表层嵌贴碳纤维筋的粘结性能,对3批计36个试件的表层嵌贴碳纤维筋加固进行拉拔试验,对环氧树脂胶、环氧树脂砂浆等4种不同类型粘结剂进行对比研究,分析养护时间、粘结剂强度、开槽尺寸、碳纤维筋表面处理工艺等参数对粘结强度的影响。对拉拔试件裂缝开展、破坏形态和碳纤维筋端部滑移情况进行详细观测。试验研究结果表明:开槽尺寸、粘结剂强度、碳纤维筋表面处理工艺对加固试件粘结强度影响作用明显,养护时间影响较小可忽略;石英细砂配制的环氧树脂砂浆粘结性能良好,具有较好推广价值。

Abstract: The effects of curing time,binder strength,slot size and surface treatment on the bond strength were further studied. Pullout tests of 36 specimens were conducted to study the bond strength of the CFRP rods,and then four different bond materials were compared. During the experiment process,the failure modes,the slip between the CFRP and concrete and the cracking type were studied in detail. From the experimental study,it could be found that the influences on bond strength of binder strength,slot size and carbon fiber reinforced surface treatment technology were significant,but the curing time was small or neglected. The bond properties of epoxy mortar which made by quartz sand was excellent,which would be worth while popularizing.-
